Apple unveiled the much anticipated iPhone X along with iPhone 8 , iPhone 8 Plus and Apple TV 4K at the iPhone launch event last night at Steve Jobs Theatre. The event did not throw anything unexpected in terms of the announcements and hardware devices launched at the event. But, it did spring up a number of unexpected (and brilliant?) Twitter reactions from everyone who watched the event.
Let’s just summarise what we saw at the event, first. The iPhone 8 and 8 Plus are basically an iPhone 7s and 7s Plus. At first glance, you won’t be able to tell them apart from the iPhone 6, but at least you get a glass back and new colours. As expected, the new devices get a faster processor, the A11 Bionic, and support TrueTone Displays, and no, the headphone jack doesn’t return. The iPhone X is, fittingly for a tenth anniversary iPhone, the more exciting option. It features a 5.8-inch screen with edge-t0-edge glass, no home button, a new Face ID unlock mechanism, improved cameras and an OLED display.
“And we think you are going to love it.”

Okay, everyone, take a drink… #AppleEvent
The event kicked off with Tim Cook talking about the achievements of Apple and moving on to announce the Apple Watch Series 3 . Twitter was quick to add elements to the demo including how useful the Apple Watch is for them.

Cook explained some more things about the device and how the company is moving forward in the health sector with partnerships with Stanford and other medical institutions. The next product that the company revealed was Apple TV 4K.
Immediately after that, Cook took no time to announce the launch of iPhone 8 and 8 Plus. He quickly followed up with the iPhone X announcement, where Phil Schiller explained the new technology behind Face ID, Animoji’s and teased the upcoming AirPower wireless charging dock.
And Twitter had a ball when it came to Face ID and Animoji, as users started posting some, ahem, interesting things, about the new iPhone.

People started sharing their reaction on the glass finish both at the front and back of the iPhone X. Some people were impressed by the design of the device, along with new Apple Animoji and AirPower
