Stock up on your andas ladies and gentlemen. If you’re still Angry Birds hungry (even after the plush toys and t-shirts), Rovio Mobile is publishing a book full of egg recipes, with the Angry Birds brand name attached to it, of course.

Wanna learn how to cook?
Peter Vesterbacka, Head of Marketing and Business Development at Rovio Mobile, announced the book at Open Mobile Summit in London, saying that it will be self-published and likewise distributed by Amazon, Apple and Barnes & Noble as both published books and ebooks. Rovio would get 90% of of the sales. He added that it was a book targeted at families and will mostly contain egg based recipes.
Vesterbacka added that Rovio isn’t just a gaming company anymore, they’re turning into a full-fledged entertainment company. Making merchandise isn’t just a hobby, it has actually made money for them. The future could hold a movie in production.
Paddy does not, we repeat, definitely does NOT belong in the category of Mac-head (yeh right!). She does get excited by her iPhone and her iMac and her iPod Nano and her Macbook and Bali's iPad and her future iHouse (patent pending). Ok, so maybe her head is a little bit forbidden fruit shaped. She likes shooting video (iPhone 4 camera zindabad!) and editing montages (Final Cut Pro zindabad!), whether the scene calls for it or no. In her spare time, she's either kicking it on stage with KB the keyboard or kicking butt at Taekwondo.
