Amkette released an HD Multimedia player, the Flash TV HD. It allows users to play movies in 1080p and contains features like photo movie with music effect, upscaling features for high definition viewing, playlist creation, smart navigation for content access and resume feature. The device supports playback of digital media on most USB mass storage devices and supports most video and audio formats like MKV, AVI, H.264, M2ts(Blu-ray), MP4 as well as photo formats JPEG, GIF and BMP in high resolution output of 1080p directly on. Flash TV HD also allows users to share their photos and videos from their notebooks and PCs.

Amkette’s Flash TV HD connects to a user’s HD TV and plays almost any file from a connected USB or external hard drive. It will also play content from digital camcorders and digital cameras.
