An alleged image of the Apple iPhone 7 was captured and posted on Twitter by Steve Hemmerstoffer on Monday.
Later, the pictures appeared on Chinese microblogging website, Weibo . The supposed pictures show us the iPhone 7 in a metal unibody design with similar dimensions to the current iPhone 6 and iPhone 6s. The image points out at the changed antenna design running only at the top and bottom part along additional hole between the camera and dual-LED flash module. It is speculated that the hole is for laser-assisted focus according to Weibo comments on the image. There have been many rumours about the design decisions regarding iPhone 7 including removal of headphone jack and and dual rear cameras in the larger version of iPhone 7 . Factory renders and supply chain sources have supported these rumours. The images are in line with the previous rumours but only seem to confirm Apple reserving a significant change in design language for next year. Unverified rumours surrounding iPhone 7 include the waterproof design and 3 GB RAM are still unverified. These images are not representative of the final design but we will be on lookout for any other leaks.
