Putting an end to **all the drama** , looks like the iPhone 6 is finally making its way into the Indian market. Airtel has now listed the iPhone 6 Plus, the larger of the two devices, on its website. This probably means that Apple may launch the iPhone 6 Plus in India sooner than expected. The Airtel website now shows the iPhone 6 Plus with a ‘coming soon’ tag. However, the mystery around the pricing still continues as the page states, “Price not available.” Only the iPhone 6 Plus is listed, and there is no word on the iPhone 6 yet. The device is available in 128GB, 64GB and 16GB storage options and all three colour variants - gold, silver and space grey - are also listed on the site. It should be noted that when the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus page went live on the Apple website, it showed 26 September as the initial release date for India. The date was then changed to 17 October and after that the launch date completely disappeared and has found no mention on the page at all. Post all of this, rumours have gained traction that the iPhone 6 launch in India could be delayed until November. Owing to the reports about a delayed launch, several iPhone 6 units had gone on sale in the grey market and are selling at outrageous prices that well over a lakh. However, as the buzz around Apple’s plan to start selling the device officially by mid-October or first week of November rekindled, there are several iPhone 6 units now selling online for **under Rs 60,000** on some e-commerce websites. The iPhone 6 Plus is simply a larger version of the iPhone 6 that has been stretched to accommodate a 5.5-inch display, a larger battery and better camera optics. Despite the larger display, it’s just 0.01-inches thicker than the iPhone 6, mere half an inch wider and an inch taller. Find out what **tech critics are saying** about the iPhone 6 Plus, before you plan to gift yourself one.
