Xolo has officially launched its 8-inch Xolo Tab (QC800) at Rs 13,499. The Android tablet was earlier spotted on an e-commerce site with the same price tag. It should be noted that the budget tablet supports voice calling.
With the Tab QC800, Xolo enters the 8-inch tablet segment. The IPS display features 1280 x 768 pixels resolution, with a pixel density of 160ppi. This budget tablet is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8225Q processor, with 1GB of RAM. It is also fuelled by an Adreno 203 GPU.

The tablet runs on older Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean version.
The Xolo Tab will face competition from a slew of budget tablets available from desi players like Micromax, Karbonn and WickedLeak.
