If you’ve bought a PS3 you need to buy God of War III. It’s that simple really. No other game this generation (except for maybe Uncharted 2) comes close to Kratos’ final adventure in terms of gameplay, brutality, visuals, boss fights or sheer “OMFG did you see that s**t” factor. This is the definitive game that’ll not only make you proud of your purchase but convince your friends to buy one for themselves as well.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieves (Rs. 2499)

While not as brutal as God of War III, Uncharted is the only game out there that can rival GoW III in terms of visuals and cinematic set pieces. It follows the exploits of Nathan Drake, treasure hunter extraordinaire who’s hot on the trail of Marco Polo’s treasure. The reason we’ve chosen this game over the first is because it’s better than the sequel in every way and even ships with a very nice multiplayer mode.
