Lenovo launches IdeaPad Z400 and Z500 laptops in India starting at Rs 47,990

Lenovo has launched two laptops part of its IdeaPad Z series in India. These are the IdeaPad Z400 and Z500 priced at Rs 47,990 and Rs 53,990 respectively. The IdeaPad Z400 is powered by 3rd generation Intel Core i7 processors, has a 14-inch LED backlit HD and comes with 1TB hard disk space. On the other hand, the IdeaPad Z500 is powered by 3rd generation Intel Core i5 processors, comes with a 15-inch LED backlit HD widescreen display and 1TB Hard disk space. Image from Lenovo.[/caption] The laptops also come with Intelligent TouchPad for the Windows 8 interface with easy scroll, zoom and rotate functions. The IdeaPad Z400 and Z500 have a 10-point multi-touch technology that allows users to make intuitive gestures on the laptop screen. In India, both devices will be available in touch and non-touchscreen versions.
