Apple sells various computer accessories for Macs which includes Thunderbolt Display, Magic Mouse, Magic Trackpad, Magic Keyboard etc. Started from iMac, Apple has launched Mac Mini, MacBook Pro, Mac Pro, Macbook Air under its laptop portfolio.
