He expressed being “deeply offended” by the ADL’s messaging and criticized any groups promoting what he described as “de facto anti-white racism or anti-Asian racism or racism of any kind.” The controversy comes at a time when antisemitism is reportedly on the rise in the United States, with FBI Director Christopher Wray noting in a recent Senate hearing that it has reached “historic levels,” as reported by CNN.
