Ice Cream Sandwich now available for Indian Galaxy SII owners

Indian owners of the Galaxy S II have reason to celebrate. Ice Cream Sandwich, the latest iteration of Androids Operating System is finally being rolled out for the device. According to website Androidos.in, “The update size is 220.31MB, and it includes Touchwiz UI along with Ice Cream Sandwich and goodies like Face Unlock, Re-sizeable widgets, performance improvements, new People App and a lot more.” The size of the update means that users would be better advised to download the update over WiFi or through a PC, as it could possibly incur high data charges.
