There’s a new weapon in Fortnite: Battle Royale and this one isn’t among the ridiculous ones we’ve seen over recent updates. Its a revolver with a scope on it. According to Fortnite’s in-game news feed, the “Legendary Scoped Revolver” will contain six shots and give players better accuracy over a distance. This will likely make it a popular choice with those who choose to engage in combat but don’t really fancy their chances at close range. When the Glider Redeployment was first introduced, it was met with a lot of criticism for harming the balance of the game as well as its actual performance within Epic Games’ massively successful title. Instead of having the Glider Redeploy as a feature, Epic has decided to turn it into an item that can be found throughout the map, just like any other item. So far there hasn’t been any feedback yet on how the new items work, but hopefully, players can finally be happy with how this works. [caption id=“attachment_5901791” align=“alignnone” width=“1280”]
Glider redeploy is back.[/caption] As per the v7.20 update changelog, players will be able to loot gliders on the map from chests, floor spawns, llamas, or vending machines. Each lootable glider will have a certain number of charges, and every time you redeploy your glider, it uses a charge. However, taking rifts and launch pads won’t use up a charge of your redeploy since they both put players into skydiving mode. Here’s a link to the
detailed v7.20 patch notes for a look at other minor adjustments within the game.
