Another leak: Samsung Galaxy S IV's floating touch revealed

Jeremy clearly sucks at his job. Yes, it’s the same boy who was asked by Samsung to keep the Galaxy S IV device a secret, but the leaks aren’t stopping, not even today - the day of the launch. The latest is a video which displays Samsung Galaxy S IV’s floating touch-technology  (watch video on below). The smartphone will come with floating touch technology similar to Samsung’s Air View. The Air View option allows users to simply hover the SPen over their devices to get a sneak peek view of, say, pictures inside an album. Floating Touch technology was in fact first used by  Sony in the Xperia Sola. The technology allows users to interact with phone by just hovering their fingers over the screen. [caption id=“attachment_661629” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] ![Screengrab from the YouTube video. ](https://images.firstpost.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/SamsungGalaxy_SIV_video.jpg) Screengrab from the YouTube video.[/caption] In the video you can see that the user just hovers his finger above a picture and then a small pop-up shows the picture. He’s not touching the smartphone at all.  Yes, yes its all very cool.

There are other videos as well of the leaked smartphone. The Smart pause feature has been revealed in this video as well. Click here to see video. The Smart pause feature  pauses a video once the phone realises that the user is no longer looking at the screen. In the video you can clearly see that as he moves his face from the phone, the video pauses. And finally there’s a video revealing the latest unlocking feature of the smartphone. You can watch that here. The Galaxy S IV launch will begin at 3.45 am India Time and the event takes place in New York. We will have all the updates once the phone is launched.
