Amazon launches Kindle Store in India: Get one for Rs 6999

Good news for book lovers. Amazon’s Kindle Store just got an India section which means users can now buy the reader and books from the store in Indian currency itself. The store can be accessed at this link here . IBN-Live reports that the Kindle e-reader will also be available at Croma retail stores across India for Rs 6,999. The Kindle e-reader has a 6-inch screen and users can store up to 1,400 books. The basic Kindle version is the only one that is available for now.
