Sports Minister Vijay Goel today paid a visit to ailing hockey legend Mohammad Shahid who is undergoing treatment for a liver and kidney ailment at a private hospital in Gurgaon.

Baskaran has coached the team several times, the last time at the 2006 Men's Hockey World Cup in Monchengladbach.
