Sebi bans former MD Dilip Pendse, 3 more entities in 15-year old Tata Finance case

Sebi has imposed a three-year ban on Pendse, A L Shilotri -- former CEO of the company's subsidiary Niskalp Investment and Trading. Besides, the debarment would be in place for two firms -- Pat Financial Consultants and Superior Financial Consultancy Services

The latest order, which has been passed after years of probe and various directions issued by Sebi itself and the Securities Appellate Tribunal in between, prohibits Pendse from accessing capital markets for two years.<br />
