Cyclone Phailin: Cargo ship presumed sunk, 18 crew members rescued
Fp Archives • 12 years ago A cargo ship is presumed to have sunk in rough seas caused by Cyclone Phailin off the coast of West Bengal but its crew consisting 17 Chinese and an Indonesian, were rescued today, the Coast Guard said.
