Odisha polls: Cong comes out with first list of 118 candidates

Congress today released first list of 118 candidates for the Assembly polls in Odisha and several senior leaders including PCC chief Jaydev Jena, Lalatendu B Mohapatra, Prasad Harichandan and Sarat Rout have found place.

'BJD govt hand in glove with Maoists in Odisha'

"The BJD government is hand in glove with Maoists. It was clear when Maoist-backed panchayat representatives supported BJD candidates in recent zilla parishad elections in Koraput," said Leader of Oppn in state assembly Bhupinder Singh.
