Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Sunday slammed Prime Minister Narendra Modi and AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal, saying one was a "pracharak" and the other a "dharnebaaj", as she asked voters to save Delhi from those who make only "hollow promises".
