WFI set to fire foreign coach Andrew Cook for refusal to participate in SAI's online sessions; American denies accusation
According to WFI, Cook was recently contacted by Sports Authority of India (SAI) officials for attending sessions such as E-Pathshala, but the American allegedly told them that unless he receives his pending salary, he won't attend them.
The SAI said training, which also resumed at its Bengaluru centre, took place in strict compliance with the health guidelines of the government and the Standard Operating Procedure that was unveiled last week.
