India vs Australia, Full Cricket Score, 4th Test at Brisbane, Day 5, Highlights: Pant masterclass guides visitors to memorable series win
What a tour this has been! To bounce back after MCG’s horror 36-all out, draw the Sydney Test and win at Gabba, Australia’s fortress, just shows the character of this team. And India were without Kohli, Bumrah, Shami, Ashwin, Jadeja. Still, to win by a 2-1 scoreline in Australia’s backyard teaches you a lesson – never write off this new-age Indian cricket team. India have plenty of reserves, each individual hungry to prove his mettle. In that respect, as Harsha Bhogle said, due credit must be given to the "finishing school that Rahul Dravid is." That’s it from us today. We hope you enjoyed our coverage of India’s Australia tour. This is Sameer Chhabra and Shubham Pandey signing off. Adios.

India vs Australia, Highlights, 4th Test at Brisbane, Day 4, Full Cricket Score: Play abandoned due to rain; visitors need 324 runs to win
Alright, so the play has been abandoned on Day 4 due to rain. It is still pouring at Gabba. We have lost around 27 overs again today, with one more day to go and even if we start half an hour early, we won't be able to see recovering these overs tomorrow. So India need to bat out 98 overs tomorrow. They are 4/0 currently. Australia batted well to set India a target of 328 earlier. Siraj completed his first five-for and let this day be just about him and the Indian bowlers. They were seen as an inexperienced attack, and no one hoped a lot from them, they were rather expected to struggle but Siraj led from the front, Natarajan bowled with heart, Thakur showed his first-class experience and Saini bowled in second innings despite groin injury, Sundar kept picking wickets and kept it tight from one end as lone spinner. Magnificent day for India with the ball in hand. Theyhave picked 20 wickets in the game. See you tomorrow at 4 am IST. Expect a hard day of Test cricket from the two teams. Till then, take care and good-bye.

India vs Australia, Highlights, 4th Test at Brisbane, Day 2, Full Cricket Score: Play abandoned due to wet outfield as visitors trail by 307 runs
So the whole last session has been lost and the officials have decided to make up for it by resuming the game half an earlier tomorrow. Day 2 honours should go to India. With an inexperienced bowling attack, they restricted Australian first innings to 369 after the hosts resumed innings today at 274/5. Rohit batted well for his 44 before his attacking style of play led to his fall, yet again. Pujara and Rahane have looked assured in the middle and India, trailing by 307, need them to carry on for long. The coverage starts tomorrow at 4 am and remember the game resumes at 5 am and not 5.30 am IST. Take care and good-bye.
India vs Australia, Highlights, 4th Test at Brisbane, Day 1, Full Cricket Score: Hosts finish day at 274/5
Siraj to bowl the final over of the day. Mix up between the batters off the second but thankfully, no damage is done, a comfortable double there. The third delivery is a nip backer, Green happy to leave it. A wild bouncer off the last. Australia finish Day 1 at 274/5.
India vs Australia Highlights, 3rd Test at SCG, Day 5, Full Cricket Score: Ashwin, Vihari's resilience helps visitors draw game
After five days of intense Test cricket, the two teams cannot be separated as India pull off something similar to a heist, if the term can be applied in the context of a draw. Five days of facing Smith and Labuschagne’s brilliance with the bat, the pace trio and Lyon bowling as sharply as ever and some hostilities from the crowd, in addition to the spate of injuries and the absence of their talismanic regular captain. If the Gill-Rohit opening stand gave the early impetus, it was the surreal counter-attack by Pant and Pujara that truly turned things around today, with Vihari and Ashwin’s stonewalling efforts in the end while battling physical discomfort the cherry on the cake.India will look to carry the momentum over to the Gabba, a venue that is considered Australia’s fortress, with the series still level 1-1. Given the way Rahane and Co have fought back after the 36 all out debacle, they’ll certainly hope to end the tour on a high. For now, it’s time for me to sign off on behalf of my colleague Shubham!
India vs Australia Highlights, 3rd Test at SCG, Day 4, Full Cricket Score: Hazlewood and Cummins' strikes restricts visitors to 98/2 at stumps
Stumps, Day 4. Rahane plays well to evade further damage to the India scorecard. Lyon tested him in the last over of the day with some loopy deliveries with bat-pad and slips in place. Pujara and Rahane will resume innings and India's fight from 98/2. They need 309 runs to win. To draw, they need to bat for three sessions. Not to forget, Jadeja will not bat and Pant still has some pain in his arm that dealt the blow in first innings. Huge task for India tomorrow, with Vihari not among runs and short on confidence. We will see you tomorrow at 3.30 am IST.
India vs Australia, Highlights, 3rd Test at SCG, Day 3, Full cricket score: Hosts lead by 197 runs in second innings at stumps
That brings us to the end of our coverage of the third day of the decisive third Test at the Sydney Cricket Ground, with Australia clearly on top and favourites to go 2-1 up with a lead just shy of the 200-mark. India will need to bowl and bat out of their skins if they are to think of keeping their chances in this match alive. Can they make the Sunday a special one for fans back home in India? We’ll find out tomorrow…
India vs Australia Highlights, 3rd Test at SCG, Day 2, Full Cricket Score: Pujara, Rahane guide visitors to 96/2 at stumps
A very long day comes to an end. India bowled well to curtail Aussies to 338. Great hundred by Steve Smith before Jadeja ran him out. He also took four wickets, two with yorkers (yes you read it right). He was a livewire in the field and produced dividends with the ball. Rohit and Gill gave India a solid base. Both back to the hut now. Gill did score his maiden fifty. Rahane and Pujara in the middle got better with time spent on the pitch. Rahane will face the first ball tomorrow. We will see you again at 3.30 am IST tomorrow. Remember the Day 3 begins at 4.30, so do Day 4 and 5 to make up for overs lost due to rain on Day 1. See you tomorrow, take care and good bye.

India Vs Australia Highlights, Boxing Day Test at Melbourne, Day 3, Full Cricket Score: Green, Cummins guide hosts to 133/6 at stumps
Well, the day belonged to India, particularly the bowlers, as the Aussie batting line up looked fragile, much like the first essay. But a defiant 34-run partnership between Cummins and Green gave the visitors bit of headache towards the end. Nevertheless, India will fancy wrapping up the remaining batsmen within the first session tomorrow. Australia have taken a lead of two runs at stumps but how far can Green and Cummins take Australia tomorrow?

India Vs Australia Highlights, Boxing Day Test at Melbourne, Day 1, Full Cricket Score: Gill, Pujara guide visitors to 36/1 at stumps
Hazlewood continues. Horrible mix up between the two batters but luckily India didn’t suffer any damage. Gill leaves the second delivery which nipped back in, it wasn’t that far from the off stump. Just one run off the over. And that will be the end of the first day’s play in the Boxing Day Test. The Indian bowlers, especially Bumrah (4/56) and Ashwin (3/35), were clinical and did a fabulous job to restrict Australia to 195. Gill and Pujara will take heart from the fact that they saw off the Aussie pace attack. Gill, in particular, looked quite assuring for his 28 after being dropped.
