Colin Kaepernick snubs private NFL workout over liability waiver, holds public session

Colin Kaepernick was scheduled to take part in NFL's planned private workout but switched plans about 30 minutes before the start, saying he had concerns over a liability waiver the league wanted him to sign as well as not having a public workout.
