Isro's Mangalyaan made India proud when it successfully entered Mars orbit and MoM has proved that it is doing its job well when it captured its first images of Mars on Wednesday. Taken from a height of 7300 km; with 376 m spatial resolution, this picture was posted by Isro on its Facebook and Twitter accounts on Thursday. Isro chief K Radhakrishnan said more pictures will be released in the afternoon once PM Modi has a look at the hard copies.
