Speight currently sits on the CEC Committee as an Associate Representative and has previously been on the ICC Board. A chartered accountant, he was previously the CEO of the Bermuda Cricket Board.
Barclay has been a board member of New Zealand Cricket since 2012 and also served as New Zealand’s representative on the ICC.

Greg Barclay of New Zealand or Imran Khwaja of Singapore will need at least 11 votes (2/3rd majority) to win the elections
Barclay and Khwaja are the only two candidates contesting for the chairman's post and the 16-member all-powerful ICC Board is set to vote in the first week of December.
