Facebook in numbers: 1.39 bn users, 700mn on WhatsApp and 300mn on Instagram

The stellar revenue was backed by an increase in its user base. The company had 1.39 billion monthly active users by the end of 2014, this means 13 percent increase from what we saw in 2013.
