Southwest Monsoon forecast: Normal rainfall expected in 65 percent of Tamil Nadu

Sixty-five percent of Tamil Nadu would receive normal rainfall during the Southwest Monsoon, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University said here on Tuesday.
