China accuses US of 'fabricating facts' after two hackers charged with cyber crime

Western governments, including the US' allies Britain and Australia, have accused Beijing of cyber-attacks. China described those claims as "purely made out of thin air", warning other countries to "stop deliberate defamation of China, so as not to damage... bilateral relations".

Shinzo Abe welcomed by Li Keqiang near Tiananmen Square; PM's rare China visit comes days before Modi arrives in Japan

Premier Li Keqiang greeted Abe as Japan's flag flew outside the opulent Great Hall of the People across from Tiananmen Square, and they reviewed an honour guard before going inside for talks. Relations between Asia's two biggest economies have improved in recent years after they sunk to new lows in 2012 when Tokyo "nationalised" disputed islands claimed by Beijing.
