Bengaluru-based startup, Ather Energy, has unveiled what is calls 'India's first smart scooter' at the ongoing two-day Surge conference. The startup is founded by IITians Tarun Mehta and Swapnil Jain, and has received funding from Tiger Global and Flipkart founders.
