Delhi HC allows duty-free import of ‘black fungus’ medicine till Centre takes a decision on waiver

The top court directed that if any import of Amphotericin B is made by any person, it shall be allowed on a bond furnished by the importer without the actual duty being paid, till a decision is taken by the Centre
