World Cup coaches who earn at least 150 times their country's average earnings

Who knew leading your team to the World Cup could give you a salary which was multiple times the per capita income of the country? But that's how it works in football. Sporting Intelligence put out a list of all the coaches/managers leading their team to the World Cup and compared their salary with the countries' per capita income.

We've picked the top ten — which are as follows:

1) Sabri Lamouchi
Salary: £618,125 which is 795 times the per capita income of Ivory Coast.

2) Fabio Capello
Salary: £6,693,750 which is 763 times the per capita income of Russia.

Salary: 2,367,500 which is 334 times the per capital income of Brazil.

4) Volker Finke
Salary: £235,000 which 322 times the per capita income of Cameroon

5) Carlos Quieroz
Salary: £1,250,000 which is 293 times the per capita income of Iran

6) Luis Fernanado Suarez
Salary: £375,000 which is 258 times the per capita income of Honduras

7) Stephen Kesi
Salary: £233,750 which is 240 times the per capita income of Nigeria

8) Jose Pekerman
Salary: £1,000,000 which is 206 times the per capita income of Argentina

9) Vahid Halihodzic
Salary: £600,000 which is 179 times the per capita income of Algeria

10) James Kwesi Appiah
Salary: £150,000 which is 150 times the per capita income of Ghana
