Germany thumped Portuga 4-0 in their World Cup opener in a match which saw Pepe get sent off for a headbutt on hat-trick hero Thomas Muller. The Germans weer successful in shutting down Cristiano Ronaldo and with Portugal down to 10-men with the score at 2-0, there was no way back. Here are the top stats from the match.
