The site notched up 19.70 million hits within an hour of the opening of ticket sales for Sachin Tendulkar’s 200th and final Test match, an official had said on Monday. Reuters[/caption] “The company witnessed an unprecedented amount of traffic on its website given the excitement around Sachin Tendulkar’s farewell match,” a KyaZoonga.com spokesperson said. “Some people experienced delays in accessing the ticketing site following a surge in traffic around 11 a.m. with a record 19.70 million hits within the first hour,” the spokesperson said. “The company said that if the traffic volumes continued at these high levels, “it could perhaps surpass the momentum witnessed even during past Olympic Games”.
