Sports this weekend: Ranji Trophy semi-finals, Manchester derby, Netflix Slam and more

There’s plenty of sporting action in the upcoming weekend. TheWomen’s Premier League (WPL) continues as the race for the final heats up. This weekend will also see the much-awaited Netflix Slam between Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz taking place in Las Vegas on Sunday night.

Business continues as usual in European domestic football, and the major highlight of this weekend will be the Manchester Derby on Sunday at the Etihad Stadium. Both City and United are in need of crucial victories for different reason, with Pep Guardiola’s side currently involved in a three-way battle for the title with Liverpool and Arsenal.

Also in cricket, Ranji Trophy semi-finals get underway on Saturday. While Vidarbha host Madhya Pradesh in the first semi-final, Mumbai welcome Tamil Nadu in the second semi-final.
