Milan’s bid for all three points that would have moved them up to second in Serie A came undone in the dying seconds when Ivan Perisic netted to give Inter a 2-2 draw. Suso had yet to score for Milan at the San Siro but pledged in midweek: “If I score twice, I’ll walk home, and I live near Milanello.” Milanello is Milan’s training complex some 40 kilometres outside the city.
