Saina failed to make her fifth consecutive final appearance at the Indonesia Open Super Series Premier badminton after she was beaten by her arch-rival Juliane Schenk of Germany in the women’s singles semifinal here. World No. 2 Saina went down 21-12, 13-21 and 14-21 in 51 minutes to her fourth seededed opponent at the Istora Gelora Bung Karno Stadium.
