Pak however, manages to pin her to the mat in the last 10 seconds and score another couple of points to win the bout 10-8 and advance to the semi-finals.

Pak pounces on the opportunity and quickly goes level with Nisha by collecting another four points. Nisha’s in tears at the moment, and must be going through excruciating pain.

Timeout called in the bout with Nisha appearing to suffer from some kind of discomfort. The India’s leading 8-2, but appears to have suffered an injury at the moment, which suddenly has put her medal hopes in doubt.

Nisha collects another couple of points in Round 2, with Pak opening her account with a solitary point, and the scoreline currently leading 6-1 in favour of the Indian.
