After winning the gold at the World Boxing Cup finals, Nupur talked about the trolling and admitted it deeply affected her mental health. The Haryana-born boxer said that she normally doesn’t use social media much, but when she found out about the trolling, it disturbed her a lot.

“I really needed this gold because I hadn’t slept for the past month. I was trolled over a video in which I had said that I had just received a silver medal and I would turn it into gold.
