Fabio Quartararo will undergo an operation on his right arm after suffering a muscle injury during the weekend’s Spanish MotoGP, his team Yamaha told AFP on Monday. A Yamaha spokesperson said that the French rider will go under the knife on Tuesday after he doubled over in agony following his 13th-placed finish in Jerez on Sunday. However, Quartararo said on social media that he has been given the all-clear to ride the French MotoGP at Le Mans on 16 May.
