Basel: It was heartache for Liverpool in the Europa League final on Wednesday night, after a spirited Sevilla fightback in the second half stunned the men from the Merseyside. Leading 1-0 at the break through a delightful Daniel Sturridge goal, a Coke inspired Sevilla rallied to a 3-1 win at the end of ninety minutes to complete a hat-trick of Europa League crowns. Distraught and disheartened by Liverpool’s second half collapse, Liverpool fans took to Twitter to vent their disappointment, with their Spanish full-back Alberto Moreno at the receiving end from fans and pundits alike.
