Ligue 1: Paris Saint-Germain to miss Neymar, Angel Di Maria and Marquinhos for Angers clash

Paris: Neymar will miss Paris Saint-Germain’s trip to Angers on Saturday with a slight injury, while Angel Di Maria and Marquinhos will stay home for a happier reason – their wives are expecting children, coach Unai Emery said on Friday. AP[/caption] “Neymar got a knock, he trained this morning, but he did not feel well. After talking to him we decided it was better he stayed in Paris,” Emery told a press conference on Friday, which also happened to be his 46th birthday. “Marquinhos is going to become a father and he needs to be with the mother and daughter, and Di Maria is also going to be a father today so he will stay as well,” the coach said, referring to the Brazilian defender and Argentine winger. The absence of Neymar and Di Maria could help forwards who have seldom played this season, such as Javier Pastore, while Marquinhos will likely be replaced by Presnel Kimpembe. PSG are four points clear at the top of Ligue 1 ahead of Monaco who host Guingamp on Saturday night.
