It is a two-year contract. Adidas has not been in constant touch with us after the Super Series tournament in New Delhi and moreover they are yet to launch the product. Li Ning is more experienced. They are as good as Yonex,” Sindhu’s father Pusarla Venkata Ramana said. “Besides the Chinese many Indian players such as Ashwini Ponnappa, Jwala Gutta and Tarun Kona are also using Li Ning products. Today she is playing with Yonex but from tomorrow it will be Li Ning as the Yonex deal expires tonight,” he said. Sidhu, on her part, added: “I am very happy with Li Ning products and I hope to do well with their equipments.” PTI
