Justice Mudgal IPL Probe Committee decides future course of action

The Justice Mudgal IPL Probe Committee had its first meeting on the 11 October, 2013 and after perusal of the order as downloaded from the Supreme Court website decided on the following course of action.

Justice Mudgal IPL Probe Committee decides future course of action

The Justice Mudgal IPL Probe Committee had its first meeting on the 11 October, 2013 and after perusal of the order as downloaded from the Supreme Court website decided on the following course of action:- 1. The schedule of the sittings of the committee and its functioning and support personnel were finalised and communicated to the BCCI. 2. Persons possessing information relating to the terms of reference extracted in para No.3 below may communicate such information only through the following e-mail address:- a. justicemudgaliplprobecommittee@gmail.com [caption id=“attachment_1191845” align=“alignleft” width=“380”] ![File picture of the BCCI logo at the Wankhede stadium. The terms of reference directed by the Hon’ble Supreme Court are as follows:- “(a) the allegations of betting and spot fixing in the IPL matches against GurunathMeiyappan, allegedly the team principal of Chennai Super Kings, 3rd respondent and the players and the 4th respondent/team owner of IPL franchisee Rajasthan Royals. (b) the allegations against Gurunath Meiyappan, the respondents 3 and 4 with regard to their involvement in spot-fixing and betting”. 4. The informants shall not be given hearing unless and until the committee thinks it fit to do so. 5. The identity of the informant shall be kept confidential.
