ISL 2015: Atletico de Kolkata sign South African midfielder Sameehg Doutie

Atletico de Kolkata today announced the signing of South African midfielder Sameehg Doutie as their seventh foreigner for the second edition of the Indian Super League football tournament. Getty[/caption] The right wing mideo and Bidvest Wits FC player from South Africa is a former SuperSport United and Ajax Cape Town winger who spent the past season on loan at Bidvest Wits. The ISL champions have signed four foreign players and retained three from the inaugural edition. “Sameehg has played for the South African under-23 and under-20 national teams and has significant experience playing for ace South African clubs. This is an enormous opportunity for him and playing for Atletico de Kolkata will be the right platform to showcase his talent to the world and the football aficionados of Kolkata,” ATK head coach Antonio Lopez Habas stated in a release.
