Sporting wickets has been the mantra of the IPL this season. While batsmen were known to hammer totals of 160-plus in previous years, 2013 has seen something for the bowlers too. It has become harder to bat, and we’ve seen some thrilling low-scoring finishes. The pacers have managed to bowl a number of dot balls, with Dale Steyn, Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Ishant Sharma doing particularly well in that area. Sunil Narine has bowled 108 dot balls. BCCI[/caption] However, Ashok Dinda, Irfan Pathan and Thisara Perera have been hit for the most number of fours this season. Mitchell Marsh, Ravindra Jadeja and Dinda have been hit for the most number of sixes — 11. It’s no surprise that Pune Warriors have conceded the most runs. That, and more interesting statistics in our interactive presentation below (updated till the Delhi Daredevils vs Kolkata Knight Riders match on 1 May).
