IPL 2017: When and where to watch RCB vs SRH, coverage on TV and live streaming on Hotstar

Theirs is one of the best batting line-ups at least on paper. Yet, their debacle against Kolkata Knight Riders in their last Indian Premier League match, where they were dismissed for a paltry 49 runs, will be playing on the minds of the Royal Challengers Bangalore players when they take on defending champion Sunrisers Hyderabad on Tuesday.

Much has been made of RCB’s batting prowess. Yet, they find themselves bottom of the table after seven matches, having garnered just four points. Their opponents for the day, on the other hand, are third in the table having clinched eight points from the same number of matches.

Defeat on Tuesday will make their chances of progressing to the next stage next to impossible for the Bangalore outfit — a fact which should be motivation enough for the floundering players to pull up their socks and perform, especially the like of Virat Kohli, Chris Gayle and AB de Villiers.

On the other hand, Hyderabad will look to bounce back after being handed defeat by Rising Pune Supergiant, thanks to Mahendra Singh Dhoni’s spectacular effort.
