Most athletes have the same schedule. Train. hit the gym, grab a protein shake, repeat. However for Indian athletes, one vital part of their training regime is missing. “Grab a protein shake” is not so easy. They have to obtain their nutritional supplements from foreign countries.

, prior to the one-off Test against Bangladesh, the Indian cricket team had to receive their hydration and recovery supplements directly from Australia. And their not the only ones doing so. According to the same report, the Indian Hockey Team who will play their Hockey World League semi-final against Belgium will also get their supplements from abroad.
