Indian batsmen impress in fightback against Derbyshire

The Indian team put on a fine batting display as they piled up 341 for six declared in their first innings in their second warm-up match against Derbyshire at the County Ground here Tuesday. In reply to the hosts’ 326 for five declared, the Indians lost openers Murali Vijay and Shikhar Dhawan early for six runs each on the second day of the match.
