From Kevin Pietersen to AB de Villiers, here's how cricketers reacted to South Africa's 340-run win against England

Contrary to many people’s expectations, South Africa have roared their way back in the four-match Test series against England, having beaten the hosts by a huge margin of 340 runs. South Africa’s win in Trent Bridge has levelled the series at 1-1, and the meek surrender of England’s batsmen in the Test has caught everyone by surpise. Here’s how current and former cricketers reacted on Twitter after a series-levelling win by the rainbow nation.

Nothing better than a Test victory! Great effort from @faf1307 and the boys. Enjoy the celebrations guys #ProteaFire

— AB de Villiers (@ABdeVilliers17) July 17, 2017

Brilliant from the South Africans, deserve all the praise for the way they played in this test! #ENGvRSA now for our ladies tomorrow.
