The UEFA Euro 2024 will start on 15 June with hosts Germany taking on Scotland in a Group A match. Italy who won the title four years back, are in Group B and start their campaign on 16 June with a match against Albania. A total of 24 countries will take part in the tournament in which 51 matches will be played across 10 stadiums in Germany. The final will be played on 15 July.
Euro 2024 format
The 24 teams have been divided into six groups of four teams. They will face each other in a single round-robin format. The top two teams from each group and the top four third-ranked sides will reach the Round of 16 which will be the start of knockouts.
