Portugal’s Cristiano Ronaldo scored his 924th goal of his career, and his first since turning 40 , in Al-Nassr’s 3-0 win over Al-Feiha in the Saudi Pro League on Friday. Ronaldo scored in the 74th minute of the game after Colombian international Jhon Duran had scored a brace.
Duran gave Al-Nassr a 1-0 lead in the 22nd minute with a left-footed shot from the centre of the box towards the bottom right corner. He struck again 50 minutes later, in the 72nd minute with a right-footed shot that was assisted by former Liverpool star Sadio Mane. Just two minutes later, Ronaldo sealed Al-Nassr’s three points with a shot from the centre of the box that was assisted by Nawaf-Al Boushail.

Ronaldo has thus far scored 88 goals in 96 matches for Al-Nassr since arriving at the club in 2023. This season, the Portugal international has netted 23 goals and assisted four in 26 matches across competitions. Ronaldo is the top-scorer in the Saudi Pro League currently with 16 goals, two more than former Real Madrid teammate Karim Benzema (14), who plays for Al-Ittihad.
Ronaldo, who has often been compared with Argentina legend Lionel Messi, recently said that he is the “most complete player” in football. “I’m talking about numbers,” Ronaldo told Spanish television show El Chiringuito. “One thing is taste – if you like Messi, Pelé, Maradona, I understand that and I respect that – but saying Ronaldo isn’t complete… I’m the most complete. I haven’t seen anybody better than me, and I say it from the heart,” he added.
The win took Al-Nassr to third place in the Saudi Pro League with 41 points from 19 matches, same as fourth-placed Al-Qadsiah. Al-Nassr are eight points behind league leaders Al-Ittihad (49 points from 19 matches), who defeated Al-Taawoun 2-1 on Thursday.
